Dish of the monthTPWC’s dish of the month is the lip smackingly good – Dingley Dell pork: Roasted loin of pork, treacle baked belly of pork, slow cooked shoulder of pork, apple, spinach purée, candied carrot, cocotte potatoes & crackling.

This dish originally appeared on Seasoned’s Autumn/Winter 2012 menu, however proved such a hit with our couple’s that it was requested for the Spring/Summer season too!
